Youth Group - Camp
July 9-12th the St. Stanislaus Youth Group went up to Baraboo, Wisconsin, for their annual end of the year trip. They stayed at Expeditions Unlimited, a Christian mission camp that houses many church groups and accompanies them on adventures varying from canoeing and white-water rafting to rock climbing and hiking. During the course of the trip, these high school kids grew together as a group and became more strongly united in Christ through morning prayers, laughter, and interesting activities. It was an enjoyable week as the youth group went swimming, rock climbing, and funyaking together. They ended their trip with a fun day at Noah’s Ark Water park.

Father's Day
Coming to church on Sunday, June 15th, every man of our parish was pined with a flower. During the Mass, the homily was addressed to fathers. At the closing, Fr. Peter wished all the best to fathers and gave each of them a blessing. Children performed a short program to honor the fathers.

International Child Day
Sunday, June 1st we celebrated our children with a unique Mass. Fr. Peter delivered another beautiful homily, this time addressed to children. This day there was another reason to celebrate. During the Mass, Fr. Peter recognized a teenager-Teresa Borowski- the recipient of the National St. Timothy award. The celebration of the Kid’s Day did not end at the Mass. After the Mass everyone was invited to the School Hall for a play- “The Queen of Snow”. The school hall was transformed into a theater, where children were mesmerized by the fairy tale, Queen of Snow, which was prepared by the staff and parents of Polish Language School. This pleasantly spent afternoon ended with a friendly gathering including coffee and cakes.
